LIVELY ZONE: Anthony Michael Hall, whose fourth season of "The Dead Zone" begins airing on the USA Network June 12 (on the heels of the June 7 release of Season 3 on DVD) is proud of being part of the vanguard of cable series "that showed the networks they can't sleep during the summer."

Not that Hall has anything against the nets, especially what with USA Network now being "part of the NBC family. They're going to run ads that 30 million people will see." What with the network's fortunes of late, we can only hope
