Can a psychic infringe upon a person's right to privacy? What if that person is planning a homicide? When a stranger touches his shoulder, he “sees” the man slit a woman's throat. Yet the vision didn't show the man had a twin, or that the siblings are law students seeking to publicly humiliate Johnny. With parallels to the film “Minority Report,” the episode confronts the issue of holding people accountable for crimes not yet committed.
